In addition to the shooting bays the North Porter County Conservation Club’s recently built clubhouse is equipped with a large room for meetings and club events. It also has a kitchenette and bathroom for member and guest use during range hours.The club has a large amount of storage facilities for match setup and configuration, range maintenance and The club’s Safe Area, where no ammunition is allowed, is for the safe handling and maintenance of firearms.
The range entry is secured by a card reader and automatic gate entry system.
Seven out of ten of the current bays have overhang shelters with some of those shelters having electrical power and refrigerators.
Located off of Calumet Avenue the North Porter County Conservation Club has 10 bays that span long range shooting (100 yard with a 200 yard planned) to shorter range 180 degree active shooting.
